Welcome to My Laundry Bucket. By submitting a service booking request, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Booking & Availability Confirmation

Submitting a booking request reserves your preferred date and pickup window. Bookings are subject to operational route verification and availability confirmation by our team.

2. Garment Inspection & Care

Garments are inspected upon arrival at our facility. Items requiring dry solvent treatment or special delicate care should be declared at booking time.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule your pickup free of charge at least 2 hours prior to your agreed pickup window via WhatsApp or customer support.
